DFM Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from August 01, 2015 till August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the above mentioned Board meeting.
