Dhanada Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received resignation letter from Mrs. Sanjana Mandar Joshi from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company on January 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The Directors of the Company have accepted the said resignation by passing a resolution in the Board Meeting held on February 13, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company will appoint a Company Secretary in place of Mrs. Sanjana Mandar Joshi who has resigned from the office, within the prescribed time limit.
