| Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Financial results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per Bank's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Bank including Directors, designated employees and their immediate relatives from opening of business hours on May 19, 2016 to closing of business hours on June 01, 2016. The intimation regarding the closure of trading window has been circulated to all the designated employees of the Bank on May 04, 2016. | |
