Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Reserve Bank of India has appointed Shri. Rohit Jain, General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi, as Additional Director of the Bank in place of Shri Harihar Mishra, General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru for a period of two years with effect from February 13, 2015 to February 12, 2017 or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
