| Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Reserve Bank of India vide letter dated November 11, 2014 has conveyed their approval for appointment of Shri. G. Sreeram as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank for a period of 3 years from the date of his taking charge as MD & CEO.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that Shri. G. Sreeram has taken the charge as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank with effect from April 06, 2015. | |
