Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider/approve the financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per Banks Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Bank including Directors, designated employees and their immediate relatives from opening of trading hours on February 01, 2017 to closing of trading hours on February 16, 2017.
