Dhenu Buildcon Infra Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for the employees/ directors of the Company for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed from July 30, 2015 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 which will be considered and approved in the Board meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015.
