Dhenu Buildcon Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 11, 2015 has formulated and adopted Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct as per Regulation 8(1) and 9(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>As required by Regulation 8(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Company hereby submit the Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct.<BR><BR>Further, the Company informed that the Board of Directors have designated Mr. Rajkumar Bulakidass Mall as Compliance Officer under these regulations.
