Dhenu Buildcon Infra Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for the employees/ directors / Auditors of the Company for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed from May 18, 2015 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended & year ended March 31, 2015 which will be considered and approved in the Board meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015.
