| With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 01, 2014 regarding Board Meeting, to consider inter-alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and dividend shall be held on May 16, 2014, Dhunseri Petrochem and Tea Ltd has now informed BSE that However, due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting has been re-scheduled to be held on May 22, 2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly, the next Board Meeting of the Company, shall be held on May 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and dividend, if any, for the year 2013-14.<br/><br/>In view of the change in the date of Board Meeting, as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will now remain closed for all directors/designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2014 till May 23, 2014 (both days inclusive). | |
