| With reference to earlier notice dated January 01, 2016, wherein the Company had informed that Board Meeting, to consider inter-alia the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 shall be held on January 27, 2016.<BR><BR>However, due to unavoidable circumstances the meetings have been re-scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016.<BR><BR>Accordingly, Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, shall be held February 12, 2016 to consider inter-alia the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives till February 14, 2016. | |
