| With reference to the earlier letter dated May 08, 2017, Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting, to consider inter-alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 and dividend, if any, for the year 2016-17 shall be held on May 18, 2017.<BR><BR>However, due to unavoidable circumstances the meetings have been re-scheduled to be held on May 22, 2017.<BR><BR>Accordingly, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, shall be held at the Registered Office of the Company at Dhunseri House, 4A, Woodbum Park, Kolkata - 700 020 on May 22, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 and dividend, if any, for the year 2016-17.<BR><BR>In this connection as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives till May 24, 2017. | |
