Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on May 18, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 and dividend, if any, for the year 2016-17.<BR><BR>In this connection as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 08, 2017 to May 20, 2017 (both days inclusive).
