| Diamant Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2015, considered the following matters:<BR><BR>- Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Reenal Jignar Kamdar has been co-opted as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>- The Company has invested in 51%, paid up capital of Ginger Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Nagpur for better project implementation. | |
