Digjam Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Closure of Trading Window :<br/><br/>In accordance with the Companys code under SEBIs Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for transacting in Companys shares will remain closed with effect from July 15, 2014 to August 04, 2014 (both days inclusive).
