| Dil Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, it is hereby notified that Trading Window (period for trading in Companys securities) shall be closed from November 04, 2014, till expiry of 24 hours from the close of business hours on the date of the ensuing Board Meeting to be held on November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) inter alia, for approval of the un-audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>During the closure of Trading Window, all Directors and Designated Employees shall not trade or deal or enter into any transaction involving sale or purchase of the Companys Equity Shares, either in their own name or in the name of their dependent relatives. | |
