Disa India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 29, 2014 to May 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on May 08, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Dividend shall be paid/despatched on or before May 24, 2014 to the eligible Shareholders of the Company, if declared at the AGM.
