| Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) and nine months period ended December 31, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17, duly reviewed (Limited Review) by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>In accordance with the 'Insider Trading Code 2015' of the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window' for dealing / trading in the equity shares of the Company, is closed for the purpose of declaration of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016, from the open of trading hours of January 02, 2017 and necessary intimation in this regard has already been sent on December 30, 2016. Further, the trading window shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016 i.e. close of trading hours of February 01, 2017. | |
