| Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2014, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) and six months period ended September 30, 2014 of the Financial Year 2014-15, duly reviewed (Limited Review) by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<br/><br/>In accordance with Dish TV's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, as amended from time to time, the 'Trading Window' for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company, shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2014, from October 20, 2014 till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 i.e. close of working hours of October 30, 2014 (both days inclusive). | |
