Completion of Dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Form and Business Reply Envelope.<BR> <BR> This is in furtherance to our communication dated October 11, 2017, wherein it was informed that the Board of the Company has approved the Postal Ballot Notice. <BR> <BR> The Company has completed the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notices dated October 11, 2017 (both physically and electronically), along with the Explanatory Statement under Section 102 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereto, on Tuesday, the 24th day of October, 2017 to all the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / Records of Depositories as on Friday, the 13th day of October, 2017, the cut-off date for the said purpose.<BR> <BR> In compliance with the applicable regulation including Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Form for your information and records.
