Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board at its meeting held on October 27, 2015 accepted the resignation of Dr. Subhash Chandra, Non-Executive Promoter Director of the Company, from the close of working hours of October 27, 2015. <BR><BR>Further, the Board has also accepted the resignation of Mr. Mintoo Bhandari, Non-Executive Nominee Director and Mr. Utsav Baijal, Alternate Director to Mr. Mintoo Bhandari from the Board of Directors of the Company, from the close of working hours of October 27, 2015.
