Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>in accordance with Dish TVs Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, shall remain closed from May 13, 2014 till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 i.e. close of working hours of May 28, 2014 (both days inclusive).
