| Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Fixing August 29, 2014 as the Cut-Off date (Record date for the purpose of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 (3) (vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014) for the purpose of sending Annual General Meeting Notices to the eligible Shareholders for the 26th Annual General Meeting along with the Annual Report of the Company and determining voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the E-voting process with respect to the business to be transacted at the 26th Annual General Meeting. During the E-Voting period (i.e. September 23, 2014 to September 25, 2014), shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form as on the cut-off date / record date (i.e. August 29, 2014), may cast their vote electronically. | |
