| This is in continuation to our communication dated September 04, 2017, wherein the Company had duly intimated to the Stock Exchange(s) about the dispatch completion of Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2016-17 along with Notice of the 29th Annual General Meeting electronically to all the members whose E-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Depository Participant(s) and physically to all other members at their registered address, on Monday, the 4th day of September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereto, the Company had duly published the Notice of 29th Annual general Meeting in two newspapers viz. 'Business Standard' in English and 'Navshakti' (Mumbai Edition) in Marathi on September 05, 2017.<BR> <BR> Please find enclosed copies of above stated Newspaper Advertisement, duly certified, for your information and record. | |
