Pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provision(s) of the Act, read with rule(s) made thereunder, the Company had duly completed the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice dated August 17, 2017 (both physically and electronically), on Saturday, the 26th day of August, 2017 to all the members whose name appear in the Register of Members/Records of Depositories as on Friday, the 18th day of August, 2017, the cut-off date for the said purpose.<BR> In compliance with applicable Regulations of Listing Regulations, please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Form for your information and records. The same has been also uploaded on the Company's website viz. www.dishtv.in.<BR> The Company had duly published the Postal Ballot Notice in two newspapers viz. 'Business Standard' in English and 'Navshakti' (Mumbai Edition) in Marathi on August 27, 2017. Also please find enclosed herewith certified copy of the above Newspaper advertisement.
