Newspaper Advertisement regarding approval of Reduction of Share Capital (Securities Premium Account) by Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT')<BR> <BR> This is in continuation to our communication dated 19/07/2017, wherein it was informed that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT') has vide its order dated June 28, 2017, has approved the reduction of Share Capital (Securities premium Account) of the Company.<BR> <BR> Further, the certified copy of the said Order was filed by the Company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on July 19, 2017 and the same was registered by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on August 9, 2017.<BR> <BR> In this regard, please find enclosed herewith Notice of the Company duly advertising the Minutes of the order as approved by NCLT, in Mumbai edition of two newspapers viz. 'Free Press Journal' in English and 'Navshakti' in Marathi on August 23, 2017.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the above on record.<BR>
