We would like to inform that the Board Meeting for considering and taking on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2017, is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 16th day of May, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. at Ahmedabad. In view of the same and as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from Tuesday, 9th May, 2017 to Thursday, 18th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all the connected persons.
