| Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dated April 02, 2015, have approved the appointment of Mr. Rajendra S. Shah as an Additional Director of the Company. Mr. Rajendra S. Shah shall hold office as an Additional Director w.e.f. April 02, 2015 till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board has considered him as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listmg Agreement. | |
