Reg.: Intimation regarding Redemption of Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD). As per the terms of the NCD, on 18th February, 2017, Company has made full payment of Principal Repayment/Redemption alongwith yearly interest payment to the eligible debenture holders whose name appear on the record date i.e. on 2nd February, 2017. We have also initiated Corporate Action with NSDL for the fully redemption of the said NCD issued under the above-mentioned Scrip Code and ISIN. In this regard, NSDL has issued a Redemption Notice vide letter Ref. No.II/CA/COM/08455/2017 dated 28th February, 2017. (Copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your ready reference).
