| Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, to recommend Final Dividend, if any, to approve Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), Directors' Report etc., to fix the dates of Book Closure & AGM etc.<BR><BR>In view of the same, the trading window for the Designated Persons of the Company shall remain close from May 05, 2015 to May 27, 2014 (both days inclusive). During this period, Directors, Designated Persons and their dependents are required not to deal in the shares of the Company. | |
