Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on August 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the same, the trading window for the Designated Employees of the Company shall remain close from August 23, 2015 to September 02, 2015 (both days inclusive). During this period, Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents are required not to deal in the shares of the Company.
