| Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and review the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014;<br/><br/>2. To consider and approve matter relating to issue of Shares to Qualified Institutional Person/ Investor (QIP); and<br/><br/>3. To consider and approve the matter relating to issue of shares to employee under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP).<br/><br/>Further, In view of the same, the trading window for the Designated Employees of the Company shall remain close from August 01, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). During this period. Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents are required not to deal in the shares of the Company. | |
