Divinus Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Director of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>- To approve the Un-Audited Financial Result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company closed the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations from July 30, 2015 to till the close of business hours of August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all Directors, Officer(s), and designated employees of the Company.
