| Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 04, 2014 to August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 25, 2014.<br/><br/>Dividend, when declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched on or before September 08, 2014.<br/><br/>In compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement the Company is providing e-voting facility to its members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting. The voting rights of the Members shall be in proportion to the paid-up value of their shares in the equity capital of the Company as on the cut-off date, being July 25, 2014. | |
