Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 1000% i.e. Rs. 20/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- face value for the year ended March 31, 2015. The dividend on Equity Shares, shall be paid within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the date of which will be intimated in due course.
