Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend a final Dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the company from May 21, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
