Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, has declared an interim dividend @ Rs. 10/-per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>The interim dividend will be credited / dispatched on or before March 29, 2016.
