Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend Dividend on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2014, if any.<br/><br/>Further, Company has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from May 17, 2014 to May 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992.
