DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board met on March 26, 2015 to place on record its appreciation on retirement of Mr. T.C. Goyal, Managing Director of the Company, from the services of the Company. He shall cease to be the Managing Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2015 upon completion of his term, as was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the extra-ordinary general meeting held on April 04, 2013.<BR><BR>He has also resigned as Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2015, which has been noted and accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held March 26, 2015.
