DLF LTD. - DLF Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from DLF Ltd with respect to news appearing in Business Standard on February 11, 2015 titled "CCI orders second probe against DLF"<BR><BR>DLF Ltd replied stating "The orders under Section 26(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 have been passed by CCI on the Regal Gardens at DLF Garden City and Sky Court Project at Gurgaon.<BR><BR>The Commission on a prima facie opinion held that the conduct of DLF appears to be in contravention of the provisions of Section 4 of the Act and has directed the DG to cause an investigation.<BR><BR>The company will file its reply before DG as and when notices are received or information is sought for."
