DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- per share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each and the dividend will be paid on subject to the shareholders' approval.
