Dolat Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2014, inter-alia, considered the following:<br/><br/>1. As recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board appointed Mrs. Harsha H. Shah as an Additional Director / Woman Director of the Company, with immediate effect; and<br/><br/>2. Accepted resignation of Mr. Harendra D. Shah, from the Directorship of the Company, with immediate effect. Mr. Harendra D. Shah, tendered his resignation due to other commitment.
