| Dolat Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:<br/><br/>- To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 03, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).<br/><br/>Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
