Dollex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following matters:<BR><BR>1. Scheme of amalgamation between Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd. and the Company subject to necessary approvals.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Crawford Bayley & Co., Advocates & Solicitors for drafting scheme.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Corporate Strategic Allianz Ltd., Merchant Banker for obtaining fairness opinion report.<BR><BR>4. Appointment of P. K. Shishodiya & Co., Chartered Accountants for obtaining valuation report.<BR><BR>5. The Constitution of restructuring committee comprising of 3(Three) Members Mr. Mehmood Khan, Mr. Akram Khan and Mr. Anis Khan for the scheme of amalgamation and delegating other necessary powers to the aforesaid committee members.
