| Dollex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To approve the statement of Assets and Liabilities for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per companys code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the securities of Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees(including Directors) of the Company from May 19, 2016 till June 01, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). | |
