Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 12%, which is Rs. 1.20 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, which shall be paid within 20 days from the conclusion of Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders and other approvals.
