Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results for the Quarter and Nine months' ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed for the Insiders of the Company from January 20, 2017 to January 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the unaudited financial results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December.
