Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of 8%, which is Rs. 0.80 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016,which shall be paid within 20 days from the conclusion of Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
