Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of 12% which is Rs. 1.20 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each which shall be paid within 20 days from the conclusion of Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders and other approvals.
