| The Exchange has sought clarification from Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd with respect to the announcement submitted by the company dated December 15, 2014 titled "Outcome of the Board Meeting" which inter-alia stated "Taken on record The Letter of Intent for Investment in the company received from Leaders Group Asia Ltd."<BR><BR>Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd replied stating "The point wise reply is as under:<BR><BR>1. The period of completion.<BR><BR>Reply :-The Period of Completion Subject to Due Diligence and other Regulatory & statutory Compliance and approvals will take about 6 months.<BR><BR>2 Consideration amount involved in transaction.<BR><BR>Reply :-Investor Company has evinced interest in Taking majority Stake, The Chairman & MD are meeting he management of Investor company along with Merchant Bankers to finalise the Quantum & size of Transaction. Once we receive Firm offer we will immediately disclose the same.<BR><BR>3. Whether the said transaction would fall under related party transactions.<BR><BR>Reply :-The Investor has no relations with Management/ KMP as per The Companies Act & other regulations which define Related parties transactions. Hence we confirm this does not fall under related Party Transactions." | |
